European Social Fund (ESF) is one of the European Union’s structural funds and the most important financial instrument for promoting employment and developing human resources in all Member States.

It gives efficient and flexible response to rapid changes in the labour market. The method of implementation of the European Social Fund’s measures, instructions for the final beneficiaries and other instructions important for the implementation of the ESF, reports for the managing authority and other documents are approved by the European Social Fund Programme Board.
