Employment and work brokerage

The agency that has concluded a concession contract for employment and work brokerage services with the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs can engage in the activity of employment and work brokerage so as to seek employment or work for unemployed persons and refer them to employers to conclude an employment relationship or integrate to work.

Employment and work brokerage cover search, selection and posting of persons as well as tasks related to the recruitment carried out for potential employers and employees.

Brokerage of temporary and casual work to secondary school pupils and students

The agency that has concluded a concession contract for brokerage of temporary and casual work to secondary school pupils and students with the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs can engage in the brokerage activity so as to provide work brokerage services to secondary school pupils and students based on the work referral forms.

Register of temporary employment agencies

Agency entered in the register of temporary employment agencies can engage in posting workers to user undertakings to work there so as to post workers employed by such agency to other employer to perform work on the basis of a special contract and in accordance with the Employment Relationships Act (Articles 57 to 62).
