Meeting of Correspondents of the Mutual Information System on Employment (MISEP)

The changing demographics of modern societies and their impact on the size of the labour force require that special attention be paid to measures to enhance the activity of older workers in the labour market.

The meeting will therefore focus on the promotion of "age management" at the workplace, i.e. addressing the challenges of changing employers’ attitudes towards older employees in companies and encouraging the elderly to remain stay in work.
