 Meeting of the Intergovernmental Group "L'Europe de l'Enfance"

The intergovernmental “L'Europe de l'enfance” group was established in 2000 with the aim of exchanging information, good practices and cooperating in the area of children's rights. It meets twice a year. The meeting is traditionally organised by the Presiding country, which also selects the subject of the meeting.
The meeting in Slovenia will be dedicated to the theme of advocacy on behalf of children. In addition to a discussion on the work of the ombudsman (various lectures, presentation of comparative analysis and debate), the regular meeting of the group members will be held in the afternoon.
